1) Digital Products (All Sales Final — No Refunds)
Because our digital products (including digital courses, downloads, PDFs, templates, and other instantly delivered digital content) are made available immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Digital courses and training content
- Downloadable files (PDFs, worksheets, guides, templates)
- Any other digital-only product delivered by link, email, or account access
Please be sure you want the product before completing checkout.
Policies that clearly disclose whether digital items are refundable (or final sale) are standard and recommended to set expectations and reduce disputes.
2) Access Issues or Technical Problems (We’ll Fix It)
If you experience a technical issue (for example, a broken download link, a missing file, or you can’t access your course), we will work with you to resolve it.
To get help, email support@transcendbyfaith.com with:
- Your full name
- The email used at checkout
- Your order number (if available)
- A brief description of the problem (screenshots help)
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend links, or provide the correct files.
3) Duplicate Purchases or Wrong Email at Checkout
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, or you entered the wrong email address and did not receive delivery, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may (at our discretion) correct the delivery issue, consolidate access, or provide another reasonable resolution.
4) Physical Products (If Shipped by Us)
If we sell and ship a physical book or physical item directly to you, the following applies:
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the item is:
- Unused, and
- In its original condition and packaging (where applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse, or
- Items returned outside the return window
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Clear timelines, item condition requirements, and instructions for initiating a return are commonly recommended components of a refund/return policy.
5) If a Third Party fulfils Your Physical Book
If your physical book is purchased through or fulfilled by a third-party retailer, marketplace, or print-on-demand provider, their return/refund rules may apply. In that case, please follow the retailer’s return process.
6) Refund Method and Timing (When Applicable)
If a refund is approved for an eligible physical-product return:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
7) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@transcendbyfaith.com so we can help resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in loss of access to digital products tied to the disputed transaction.
8) International Notice (EU/UK Digital Purchases)
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, consumer laws may provide a “right of withdrawal” for certain purchases. Digital content can be exempted once download/streaming begins if the customer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges losing the right to withdraw.
By purchasing digital products from our site, you agree that delivery may begin immediately, and you may lose any applicable withdrawal rights where legally permitted.
